What is ePMO?

ePMO, electronic Program Management Office, embraces the key features of industrial strength applications, but is tailored specifically to support a program management infrastructure.

The following four primary modules make up the application:

• Work Management – Assign, prioritize, categorize, schedule and manage planned and emergent work (issues, risks, bugs, work plans). Web-Enabled two-way interface to MS Project
• Document Management - Store, share, review and approve any type of document online
• Meeting Management – Central and simple for organizations with incompatible scheduling solutions. Interacts with Outlook, Notes and other personal information managers
• Online Collaboration – Idea development support using simple “newsgroup” metaphor

Individual modules can be deployed “standalone” however, ePMO integrates the primary business objects to render additional efficiencies when multiple modules are deployed.
